We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our client’s fintech team and play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining a secure, scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud environments, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration. Responsibilities Design, automate, and manage infrastructure using Terraform . Build, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters using Docker , Helm , and Rancher . Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, including security testing (SAST/DAST). Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance using Grafana , Prometheus , and ELK . Implement container security and hardening strategies. Work with databases such as SQL Server , PostgreSQL , MongoDB , Redis , and RabbitMQ . Collaborate closely with development and security teams to support efficient deployment and delivery. Mentor mid-level engineers and promote DevOps best practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. Proven expertise in Terraform and complex cloud infrastructure. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes , Docker , Helm , and Rancher . Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation with GitHub Actions . Experience in monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK. Strong knowledge of container security and best practices. Familiarity with multiple databases (SQL, NoSQL). AWS certification is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
