Our advisors specialize in curating vacations across the Caribbean, Mexico, cruises, Disney, and custom international travel. We focus on flexibility, transparency, and real human support, helping clients plan smarter while enjoying VIP perks, interest‑free payment options, and expert guidance from start to finish. We operate in collaboration with BWJ Agents, giving our advisors access to an established booking platform, supplier network, training resources, and ongoing support—while still maintaining their independence and personal niche within our organization. Role Description This is an Independent Travel Advisor role (remote). This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel planning, working with people, and building relationships—whether as a full‑time opportunity or a flexible side business. As a Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel, including resorts, cruises, flights, and experiences. You will provide personalized recommendations, manage bookings through our partner platform, and support clients throughout the planning process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Advisors operate independently but are fully supported through training, systems, and a collaborative team environment. You may specialize in a travel niche of your choice (Caribbean, cruises, Disney, Mexico, group travel, etc.) and have the opportunity to grow your own client base or work with referrals. We will help you with your clients and with your learning. Compensation is commission‑based, with earning potential tied directly to bookings and performance. Only countries permitted: Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico) Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals Research, recommend, and book travel options through approved suppliers Manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documentation Provide responsive, professional customer support before and during travel Collaborate with internal team members and partner agencies as needed Build long‑term client relationships and repeat business Optionally recruit and mentor other advisors within the organization Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Interest in travel planning, hospitality, or tourism Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently Professional, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Comfortable working independently with team support Basic computer and online platform proficiency Previous experience in travel, sales, or service is a plus but not required No prior travel industry experience required (training provided) What We Offer Commission‑based income with transparent tracking Access to professional booking tools and supplier network Structured training and onboarding through BWJ Agents Freedom to specialize in your preferred travel niche Flexible schedule and location‑friendly role Supportive, team‑oriented environment (not MLM) Opportunity to grow into leadership or mentorship roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
