At ScotiaGBS we want you to be part of a team that is always in personal and professional growth, for this reason we are looking for our new GBS PROCUREMENT - JUNIOR ANALYST Purpose Support the Global Procurement Services team by resolving platform issues, guiding users and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies—all while contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 support for Procurement Technology (e.g., SmartBuy). Assist with onboarding, catalog setup, invoice processing, and RFx/e-auction events. Maintain templates, training materials, and SOPs. Analyze issues, elevate when needed, and recommend improvements. Prepare reports and support cross‑functional initiatives. What You Bring Degree in a related field. 6–12 months of experience in operations, customer service, or analysis. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
