The TC / Dispositions Manager will oversee and manage the entire transaction coordination and property disposition process. Key responsibilities include reviewing and preparing documents, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and developing strong relationships with buyers and sellers. The role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
