Recognized as one of Forbes 2024 "America's Best Large Employers" and named to the Forbes 2024 "Best Employers for Diversity", Labcorp is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Reporting Analyst.

The Senior Sales Reporting Analyst is a remote-based role and will leverage our data and analytics platforms to advance our Health System Partnerships, Value-based Care Organization alliances, and Large Physician Group collaborations. The position will assist in developing strategies and programs leveraging existing data resources to maximize the value Labcorp provides to key customers and identify/develop innovative approaches to offer differentiated solutions. This individual will provide support to the division's growth expansion processes, including communication forums with key internal and external stakeholders, data analysis and insight for C-Suite presentations, and will play a pivotal role in developing data-centric approaches to improve operational efficiencies, enhance our value propositions, broaden relationships with key influencers in the largest accounts in the Atlantic Division, and drive overall results.

They will assist in the development of comprehensive quarterly business reviews that include growth and value strategies, understanding the competitive landscape, and providing analysis needed to drive success. This role will be highly visible and accountable to Divisional Senior Leadership.

This is a remote-based role with the ideal candidate residing within the Atlantic division. The Atlantic Division spans from Maryland to Northern Georgia, and Eastern Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of reporting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements to develop tools and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive growth and value-driven approaches.
  3. Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data trends and insights.
  4. Assist in maintaining and improving existing reports and dashboards.
  5. Participate in regional sales presentations and business reviews with our largest relationships.
  6. Provide in-depth utilization management, financial data analysis, and market analysis to identify innovative approaches that are tailored to customer needs and align our capabilities.
  7. Provide analysis to target gaps with key stakeholders to uncover underpenetrated areas with high returns.
  8. Assist in driving collaborations within the Divisional Sales Team.
  9. Maintain database of divisional associations.
  10. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and report requests as needed.

Education/Qualifications:

  1. BS degree in business management, finance, or appropriate technology.
  2. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated history of delivering or contributing to growth in performance.
  3. Fluency in spoken & written English.
  4. Strong partnering and negotiating skills within cross-functional teams and C-Suite.
  5. Ability to integrate strategic skill sets with scientific-technical winning solutions.
  6. Strong change management skills to drive results in a matrix environment.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  8. Strong time management, planning abilities, and ability to deliver high levels of execution.
  9. Self-directed and can value create.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years in sales operations and analytics.
  2. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, and market influencers at all levels.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft products.
  4. Experience with Population Health/ Managed Care a plus.
  5. Demonstrated experience using data and analytics tools (i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office, Alteryx, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), BD2, IBM Cognos).

Preferred:

  • Tableau (i.e. built and deployed Tableau dashboards).

Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually.

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
