Capital Markets Senior Manager

Contribuye al área Liquidaciones en Colombia, garantizando que los objetivos, planes e iniciativas individuales específicas se lleven a cabo o se cumplan en apoyo a las estrategias y objetivos de negocios del equipo. Garantiza que todas las actividades realizadas se desarrollen de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes.
Responsabilidades:
- Promueve una cultura centrada en el cliente a fin de profundizar las relaciones con los clientes y aprovechar las amplias relaciones del Banco, así como sus sistemas y conocimientos.
- Ejecuta la liquidación de los ejercicios de derecho aplicables para la posición propia y de terceros, previa validación de su aplicación y custodios globales.
- Recibe, asigna, concilia y reporta dividendos, cupones e intereses.
- Administra activos, reconcilia cupones e intereses recibidos y resuelve discrepancias.
- Asegura el estatus correcto de las liquidaciones en sistema para que fluyan los procesos de contabilidad, reportes regulatorios, conciliaciones, etc. posteriores a la liquidación.
- Notifica oportunamente a su supervisor de cualquier anomalía o desviación en el proceso o de algún posible riesgo derivado de la interacción con terceros (clientes o contrapartes).
- Comprende la cultura de riesgo del Banco y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
- Realiza activamente operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez que garantiza la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones destinadas a reducir el riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento reglamentario, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta.
Experiencia:
- 10 años de experiencia de posgrado en la industria o academia en las áreas de mercados de capitales, finanzas y banca y/o mejora de procesos, análisis de negocios e implementación de soluciones.
- Fuerte conocimiento/experiencia en operaciones bancarias/mercados de capitales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita y la capacidad de negociar, influir e interactuar profesionalmente con un grupo diverso de usuarios de front office, controles de calidad, desarrolladores y pymes.
- Se requieren cursos profesionales Conocimiento experto en procesamiento de ingresos, transacciones de préstamo de acciones, operaciones fallidas y diversas compensaciones de derechos de mercado (mercado de fecha de negociación versus fecha de liquidación).
- Fuertes habilidades técnicas que incluyen conocimiento de los principios básicos de ingeniería de software (se prefiere experiencia en SQL, VBA, Access, Excel) y una sólida comprensión de los procesos operativos.
