Join as a Senior DevOps Tech Lead, where you’ll oversee the technical direction of our DevOps practices. With your expertise in advanced CI/CD techniques, cloud architecture, and system automation, you’ll lead a team of DevOps engineers in delivering scalable and resilient infrastructure, setting high standards for operational excellence. What You Will Do Define and lead the overall DevOps strategy, aligning it with the organization’s goals and technological advancements. Supervise and guide teams in managing scalable, secure cloud environments and advanced CI/CD workflows. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into software development and operations. Lead in the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in DevOps practices. Oversee security policies and risk management strategies in all DevOps activities. Mentor and train team members in advanced DevOps techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Here’s What We Are Looking For 7+ years of experience with DevOps. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong experience in application security best practices. Proven track record in developing and integrating large‑scale applications. Expertise in both back‑end and front‑end development areas. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. Expert understanding of client’s requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. Advanced knowledge of the trade‑offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision‑making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. Advanced level of English.
