Long Description

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in the standardization and automation of Lupin HR processes across geographies, using the SuccessFactors platform. He/She will work closely with HR CoEs, Global HR stakeholders, Technology Providers, and Technology Partners & will be responsible for driving HR Technology Transformation projects.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
  1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
    1. Work closely with the country and the SBU HR leadership team in redesigning/modification of existing processes and process flows on the SuccessFactors platform.
    2. Engage with internal stakeholders to elicit and document detailed Business Requirements for HR Technology and Process transformation projects.
    3. Run solution design workshops along with internal and external stakeholders to find optimum solutions, based on market benchmarks/industry best practices.
    4. Do impact analysis and cost-benefit analysis of “To Be” process against “As-Is” process. Build a business case for leadership briefing.
    5. Obtain project sponsor sign-off on project requirements and “To Be” process design.
  2. Project Management
    1. Drive the implementation of on-going and envisaged HR technology/transformation projects globally, along with country HR leadership teams.
    2. Establish and execute a project governance model for the cross-country teams and ensure solution implementation in line with agreed business requirements.
    3. Coordinate with the technology providers and implementation partners to resolve all project issues, ensuring on-time project delivery.
    4. Liaise with external consultants, internal stakeholders, and IT team during implementation/changes of the required technology platforms.
    5. On an ongoing basis, help evolve business requirements for technology and data/reporting, as businesses scale up or technology undergoes evolution.
    6. Work closely with functional teams to identify key data requirements, standardize data management, and develop dashboards for different stakeholders.
Education

Masters in Human Resources

Work Experience

3 to 7 Years of experience in related field.
