Senior Sales Specialist – Bogota (COL) Dow Consumer Solutions Business invites a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Personal Care market segment, with the potential to engage multiple value centers. This role concentrates on managing existing and new customer relationships, selling Dow products, and identifying unmet customer needs to capture market share opportunities. About You and This Role You will leverage market segment alignment primarily in Personal Care and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, selling Dow products and solutions, and identifying new opportunities while energizing the sales team. You must be energetic, collaborative, growth‑focused and demonstrate a high bias for action. Responsibilities Meet and exceed volume, revenue and profitability targets in alignment with regional marketing strategies. Lead and coordinate customer relationships at multiple levels (Purchasing, Technical, Marketing, C‑Suite), acting as a “Connector” to cultivate cross‑Dow/Customer relationships. Use account planning tools, margin management tools, and electronic technology to develop and share account plans with stakeholders. Define annual, value‑creating goals consistent with long‑term business strategy. Develop and build relationships with internal and external customers and influencers. Produce appropriate sales forecasts and capitalize on or compensate for market changes. Recognize, anticipate and solve customer problems to create business opportunities and revenue growth. Achieve sales goals and objectives in the assigned territory as derived by business strategies and marketing plans. Possess thorough knowledge of assigned Dow products and targeted applications. Understand and proactively analyze customer product and service needs, industry and business. Engage in Dow solution selling to direct, indirect (distributors) and internal clients of varying sizes and needs. Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at an “expert” level and document all selling opportunities. Be responsible for Colombia, Caribbean and Central America accounts. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Experience dealing with customer relationships and business discipline scenarios. 3–5 years of sales experience handling, managing and developing complex customers. Desired experience in Personal Care. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
