Grow Employer Brand & Talent Pipelines in Colombia At Pharmbills we connect Latin American talent with leading U.S. healthcare and insurance companies. With 1,000+ professionals across multiple countries, we’re scaling our employer brand in Colombia and need a results-driven PR specialist to lead influencer partnerships, webinars, events, media outreach, and insight reporting — on a part‑time contract basis. What this project is about You’ll design and deliver PR & employability projects that drive awareness, candidate flow, and positive public perception for Pharmbills in Colombia. Success is measured against clear KPIs (see below) — you’ll own campaign delivery, local activation, and monthly reporting in coordination with Pharmbills’ marketing team. Key responsibilities & KPIs Influencer & Employability Partnerships Secure 3–5+ vetted influencer partnerships per month. Generate 30,000–50,000 total monthly impressions (minimum ~10,000 per influencer). Ensure ≥15% of webinar/event traffic is attributed to influencer collaborations. Drive ≥3.5% conversion rate from influencer traffic to job applications. Webinars & Educational Engagement Deliver 2 webinars per month on relevant employability topics. Engagement rate (Q&A, chat, polls): 25%+. Post-webinar application conversion: ≥20% of attendees. Quarterly attendee satisfaction: 4.5/5 average. Brand Reputation & Market Insight Produce a monthly sentiment summary of employer brand mentions. Deliver a quarterly insight report with 3+ actionable recommendations. Track and report perceived candidate-side brand improvement monthly. Monitor and manage comments and mentions; elevate reputational risks. Events & Regional Activations Post-event application rate: 25% of attendees. Job Fairs & University Engagement Participate in 4+ job fairs per semester; develop relationships with universities and employability programs. Media Coverage & Communications Secure features in top-tier national or regional outlets each quarter. Media reach target: cumulative 200,000+ monthly. Achieve 3–5 relevant employability articles mentioning Pharmbills per quarter. Reporting & Performance Deliver a concise monthly performance report (activities, KPIs, insights, next steps). Facilitate a quarterly strategy review with the Pharmbills marketing team. Required skills & experience (must-have) 3+ years in PR, influencer marketing, or employer‑brand PR with measurable results. Proven experience running influencer campaigns and webinars that convert. Strong local network across Colombia (influencers, universities, event partners, media). Metrics‑driven: familiarity with social analytics, attribution, and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights, social listening tools). Excellent communication in Spanish; professional English (B2+) preferred. Event management experience and ability to manage regional activations. Experience producing media features and coordinating with journalists/podcasts. Able to operate autonomously as an external contractor and deliver monthly/quarterly reports. Background in recruitment marketing or employer branding for tech/healthcare. Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, Hopin, Demio, etc.). Case studies of previous influencer or university engagement campaigns. Part‑time contractor: indicate weekly availability (preferred 10–20 hours/week). Contract length: initial 3‑month engagement with potential extension based on KPIs. All deliverables coordinated with Pharmbills marketing team.
