If you are passionate about accuracy in numbers, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and have a knack for process improvement, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Monthly Journal Entries: Expertly prepare and execute monthly journal entries with a keen eye for accuracy. Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations, driving process improvements as needed. General Ledger Analysis: Drill down into general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement. Intercompany Coordination: Coordinate processes across companies, resolving discrepancies between locations to achieve smooth operations. Financial Statement Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of schedules and analysis for the financial statement audit. Multi-Currency Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of intercompany transactions involving multiple currencies for international entities. Lease Accounting Conversion: Lead the conversion of leases to new accounting software in preparation for IFRS 16 compliance. Qualifications Experience: 4 years in tax and accounting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Global Communication: Proficiency in English is a MUST. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, meet commitments, and deliver high-quality results. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and consistently with people at various levels.
