We are a U.S.-based fintech company with over 20 years of experience building innovative technology solutions for credit unions. We are developing the next-generation technology layer for credit unions and creating simpler, more innovative financial services.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Support & Implementations team and lead technology projects for Credit Union clients, coordinating teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management , or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management , preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles .
- Previous experience in Fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients .
- Experience managing implementations or implementation projects .
- Strong English communication skills , especially in client-facing environments.
- Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills .
- Ability to prioritize multiple topics, manage pressure, and meet deadlines .
- Strong ownership and accountability throughout project processes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams .
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho , or similar tools.
- Knowledge of IT processes, software development, and technology environments .
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- English level C1 – Advanced.
