Join to apply for the Treasury Supervisor - CCA role at TD SYNNEX Multi-Country Area (Español) Job Description The Treasury Supervisor for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization will oversee, supervise, facilitate and operationally support a treasury team of analysts with the duties of daily worldwide cash and debt positioning. Responsibilities include funds movement execution, bank balance management, cash flow forecasting and analysis, dashboard reporting, bank treasury representative relationship management, and ad‑hoc treasury operational analysis. What You’ll Do Supervise and operationally support the treasury team of analysts (55%) Provide leadership for team productivity and development (15%) Initiate and proactively pursue more effective and efficient treasury operational results (15%) Perform ad‑hoc treasury operation project work or analysis (15%) Other Duties & Responsibilities Additional duties as assigned. Meet attendance and punctuality standards. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. 5+ years of relevant work experience. Proficient in English (B1 or higher). 1+ year of experience directly managing or supervising employees. Strong data entry, basic mathematical calculation, and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to create formal presentations. Effective interaction with all levels of management and strong negotiation skills. Multicultural interpersonal skills and leadership initiative. Organizational and time‑management skills, ability to work under stress and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and be able to sit for long periods. Quick learning of new systems and intermediate computer system application skills. Other Education/Certifications Certified Treasury Professional desired. Working Conditions Professional office environment (hybrid). Some travel required. Occasional non‑standard work hours or overtime as business requires. Represents the company to the customer and vice‑versa in all sales‑oriented activities.
