Requisition ID: Employee Referral Program – Potential Reward: $0 香港六合彩 00 We are committed to investing in our employees and helping you continue your career at ScotiaGBS Purpose The Analyst, Vendor Management contributes Labour Services low‑risk (assigned by risk assessment tool) contracts (SOWs/Work Orders); review and approval process for TPM managed suppliers within Technology and/or contracts execution and invoice management, and/or pool management activities, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed or delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The Analyst, Vendor Management role includes reviewing/validating contract, time reporting periods, commercials, funding sources and processing contract. In addition, this role may also manage the invoice receipt, verification, preparation of data from time reporting and Contract Management systems, validation, approval lifecycle and tracking to payment, and/or pool management activities. Accountabilities Contract review and approval (role specific) Collaborate with contract owners, supplier relationship managers, and suppliers to understand the technology Labour services demand for workload planning (design the process in advance, communicate extensively, and start earlier). Execute technology Labour services contracts; ensure the review and approval process happens Получение streamlined fashion, ensuring goals, plans, and initiatives are delivered with full adherence to governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Support the supplier relationship managers with data analytics for the technology Labour portfolio (e.g., contracts/amendments processed, rejected contracts, work at risk, contracting quality issues or challenges). Ensure contracts submitted to the contract execution team are accurate (right version), including funding source, resource details, and all required information for execution. Provide guidance for contracts applicable for Technology Spend Review before submitting for execution. Contract Authorization activity (role specific) Perform contract validation, execution, and closing activities; update the tracker database. Manage contract intake tools (e.g., JIRA). Process contracts through the bank’s contracting tool (SAP började and SAP Fieldglass, Icertis). Respond to group inbox requests and inquiries. Distribute published contracts to suppliers by email. Track all incoming and historical contract data in Excel or an access database for KPI reporting. Act as a partner to internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvement or efficiency. Invoicing activity (role specific) Receive, validate, and submit invoices for payment. Validate milestone deliverables (fixed‑price contracts) and acquire approvals. Coordinate and resolve discrepancies. Maintain invoice records and track payment status. Close Contract/Purchase Order (PO) cycles. Contractor Pool Oversight / Management (role specific) Validate funding for contracts and amendments ilanng Monthly accruals and PO closures. Reporting activity (common) Bi‑weekly/Monthly contractor status report. Bi‑weekly/Monthly invoice status report. Contracts in‑flight status report. Budget utilization tracker reporting. Education / Experience / Other Information Experience between 6 months and 2 years in invoicing processes, payments, contract review and approval. Students in final semester or recent graduates of professional degrees in administration, economics, engineering, law or related fields. Fluent level of English (Level B1+ B2 conversational). Intermediate level in Excel. Experience or knowledge working with suppliers in other countries – Nice to have.
