We are seeking a Lead PHP Developer to analyze, refactor, and support a legacy CRM product while aiding migration to a new .NET platform. Join our team, focusing on improving, refactoring, and developing new features. You will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and international teams, and support the migration to a modern .NET solution. Responsibilities Analyze and enhance the client's legacy PHP (Sugar/SuiteCRM) and Java backend product Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and stability issues Propose and implement architectural improvements Develop new product features and collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners Support client onboarding and design customizations based on client requests Collaborate with the EPAM team developing the new .NET product and contribute to the roadmap Work closely with vendor and development teams in India Communicate effectively with US-based clients and represent EPAM professionally Assist with migration from AWS to Microsoft Azure Review current architectural solutions and provide best practice recommendations Requirements Strong experience in PHP development (5+ years) with Sugar/SuiteCRM Experience with MySQL including transactions, ACID compliance, and slow query logs Experience in profiling and refactoring using tools such as xDebug and xhprof Knowledge of .NET framework and Microsoft Azure platform Experience with OPCACHE/APC, PHP linters, and code review processes Intermediate knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication skills with client-facing experience, preferably with American clients Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and vendors English language proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience with Redis and Memcache Familiarity with Java backend systems Experience with AWS to Azure migration projects We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Engineering, and Business Development Industries Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
