Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will drive client acquisition and partnership growth across LATAM. Your role will involve onboarding IBs, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to LATAM markets, focusing on client acquisition and retention Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in LATAM Act as the main point of contact for LATAM partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region‑specific campaigns Represent the company at LATAM expos, seminars, and events Stay updated on LATAM‑specific regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on LATAM markets Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in LATAM Knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) Benefits Monthly bonuses based on performance 21 working days of vacation per year Corporate events and team building activities Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast‑growing environment.
