As a Regional Finance Associate you ensure that financial services and administrative processes are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with organizational policies. What do we expect from you as a Regional Finance Associate? Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or related fields, preferably within audit firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG, and/or within the national chemical industry. Strong competencies in leadership, teamwork, conflict management, performance under pressure, analytical and organizational skills, planning and time management, decision‑making, assertive communication, adaptability to change, and a results‑driven mindset focused on achieving objectives. Ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and customers. Proven ability to establish and document new processes and improve existing ones when necessary. As a Regional Finance Associate, you will lead the financial management and administrative processes of the region BU NLA, ensuring the optimization of daily financial activities. You will play a key role in coordinating workflows, addressing challenges, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve financial excellence. Your Core Responsibilities Are Provide support in the implementation of the operational and financial management strategies Monitor the financial management and the mandatory monthly and quarterly reports by the respective Opcos in the region. Provide support for the full compliance of financial processes and financial records Coordinate and oversee daily financial operations: ensure the efficient receipt, processing, and reporting of financial data, maintaining accuracy and compliance with client requirements while minimizing downtime.
