You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, and HR, applying your organizational and communication skills to support processes and special initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine; Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g., help our engineers to find a part-time project or a mentor within the company); Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals; Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines; Keep track of available talent and job opportunities. MUST HAVES 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR; Highly developed listening and communication skills; You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person; Upper-Intermediate level of English and above; Great attention to detail. NICE TO HAVES You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment; You have strong GTD skills.
