What You'll Do Campaign and channel recommendations : Propose where to invest time and budget across paid, inbound, lifecycle, and social, supported by performance data. Website and conversion priorities : Maintain a prioritized backlog of website improvements and conversion tests, aligned to VP goals and brand direction. Inbound and lifecycle approach : Recommend nurture structure, segmentation, and content packaging to improve lead quality and speed-to-demo. Execution standards : Establish operating rhythm, QA expectations, and brief templates so work shipped by the Medellín pod is consistent and reliable. Team process + enablement : Support Medellín hiring and training by defining workflows, onboarding plans, and performance expectations. Day‑to‑Day Duties Run digital campaigns : Launch and iterate multi‑channel campaigns (paid search/social, retargeting, landing pages, email follow‑up) in alignment with Kasada's marketing priorities. Manage paid media execution : Partner on budgets and optimize targeting, creative testing, and landing page performance; surface learnings and recommendations. Support inbound marketing : Coordinate content‑based campaigns, improve lead capture paths, and contribute to SEO and conversion foundations. Coordinate website updates : Drive the website sprint backlog with a web developer – shipping pages, UX fixes, CRO tests, and performance improvements. Support lifecycle marketing : Build and refine HubSpot workflows for nurture, reactivation, and handoff – ensuring clean tracking and reliable operations. Performance reporting : Maintain dashboards and weekly readouts on traffic, conversion, CPL, and pipeline influence; propose next actions. Medellín team leadership : Provide day‑to‑day guidance for content, web, and campaign execution; help onboard new hires as the pod grows. Partner on GTM systems : Work closely with Marketing Ops and the GTM Systems Engineer to deploy workflows and tooling (Clay + AI). Primary Attributes/Qualifications 4+ years in B2B marketing with emphasis on digital marketing, demand generation, and account‑based marketing. Experience executing paid media and optimizing performance. Experience coordinating website updates and improving conversion. Comfortable in technical B2B / cybersecurity / SaaS contexts (or fast to learn). Goal‑oriented and focused on measurable outcomes with continuous improvement. Clear communicator, collaborative, and prioritizes well; escalates decisions appropriately. Operationally strong Brings structure and repeatable process. Curious and growth mindset: likes testing, learning, and iterating. Skills in digital campaign execution and optimization. Paid search/social and landing page testing (CRO). HubSpot workflows, email, forms, lists, reporting basics. Website, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization. Analytics and funnel reporting (GA4 + HubSpot). Project management and cross‑functional coordination.
