We are a growing consulting agency dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses set up and optimize their CRM and automation systems. We are seeking a part-time Automation & CRM Consultant to join our remote team, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing our clients' CRM and project management environments, creating efficient workflows, and implementing no-code and low-code automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure CRM systems and project management tools to meet our clients' business requirements Develop and implement no-code automation using platforms like Zapier and Make.com Create low-code automation solutions to streamline business processes for our clients Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions Create detailed statements of work and document feature requirements Provide training and support to clients on CRM and automation tools Monitor and maintain implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance Requirements: Conversational English proficiency Strong understanding of API integrations Familiarity with popular CRM and project management tools, such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Airtable, and Google Spreadsheets Knowledge of business intelligence tools (preferred) Experience as a product manager or software developer (a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to create clear and concise statements of work and feature documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Availability to work with clients in US time zones Flexible, part-time schedule with the potential for full-time employment Opportunities for professional growth and development Dynamic remote work environment If you are a driven individual with a passion for automation and CRM, and you meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
