Navigate and work effectively with UI/UX components (basic UI adjustments and integrations with design). Must Haves 5+ years of experience with C++ (incl. STL, memory management, multithreading). Experience with Qt 5/6 and QML. Comfortable working on Windows. Networking: strong with TCP/UDP, IPv6, and common protocols. Experience with CMake, Git, and CI/CD workflows. Hands‑on experience with unit testing (GTest, GMock). Ability to read and implement against API specs with minimal supervision. Clear communicator who can speak up in product/API design discussions. Availability to overlap 3–4 hours daily with the EST time zone. Upper‑Intermediate English level. Nice to Haves MacOS/Linux familiarity is a plus. Experience with SIP protocol, audio processing, or TLS. Python scripting for internal tools. Comfortable building/debugging on macOS. Prior experience working in product companies or startup environments.
