Work Type: Full-time (44 hours/week) Permanent Contract Work Arrangement: on-site About the Role: Are you a detail‑oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and integrity in financial reporting? We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of a dynamic company. This role involves maintaining books and records, managing the flow of funds, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to budget and accounting standards. You'll be part of a collaborative team, reporting directly to the Controller, and play a key role in producing timely and accurate financial statements while enhancing overall financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and review the chart of accounts and general ledger integrity. Reconcile monthly bank statements, intercompany transactions, and subsidiary records. Generate and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance reports. Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. Issue invoices to third‑party partners and clients. Prepare and update financial documents such as journal entries and balance sheets. Maintain digital records in accordance with internal standards and current technology. Improve and document accounting processes and systems for enhanced accuracy and compliance. Core Competencies: Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) Financial analysis and reporting skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong time management and ability to work independently Clear and effective written and verbal communication Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and QuickBooks Familiarity with digital accounting tools and systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience Minimum of three years of hands‑on accounting experience Proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Working knowledge of modern computing technologies and financial software ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
