Apply today** **Location:** El Salvador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panamá# **Job Purpose:** Lead the design and delivery of financial technology solutions that drive performance, efficiency, and standardization across the organization. Own the end-to-end financial systems architecture, from design and implementation to continuous improvement. Support key systems for Planning and Budgeting (Oracle PBCS), Consolidation (FCCS),Regulatory compliance (IFRS, SOX), and management reporting. **Role is responsible for:** * Maintains cutting-edge knowledge and understanding of: Enterprise Performanace Management solutions (Oracle ARCs, PBCS, FCCS Data Management, and Insight Software); Business intelligence-related technologies; and, business processes.* Works collaboratively with business stakeholders, technology leadership, product experts, and third parties to ensure appropriate direction exists within an integrated solution strategy and implementation execution* Actively mentor and coach peers and staff on financial technology development, best practices, Finance Transformation mission, and strategy, focused on technology platforms.* Develop planning and budgeting prototypes using available technologies and perform proof-of-concept builds to support new business needs, improved customer experience, and continuous improvement of the solutions supported.**Qualifications:*** Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).* Experience with EPM Planning, Hyperion, Financial Consolidation, Cloud Solutions, and ETL.* 5+ years of experience in financial systems and enterprise management.* 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting highly available systems or technical solutions.* Skilled in PLSQL, Python, Calc Script, Groovy, and EPM Automate (PowerShell, Bat scripting).* Strong people and project management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.* Leadership skills to manage and deliver projects on time.* Solid understanding of SOX controls.**#DigitalInnovation #FinancialSystems #TechnologyLeadership #JoinOurTeam #TechCareers #FinancialArchitecture******At Tigo we want to have the best, for this reason we look for qualified professionals who work to continue achieving our purpose of continuing to connect more and more Colombians.
