Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: Position Title: Integration Specialist Location: Remote What you will be doing The Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless integration between various systems and platforms. This role involves managing connections with partners, including SMS, email, payment gateways, accounting software, social solutions, and third-party SaaS aggregators. Key responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining smooth integration processes while adhering to Agile methodologies. Design, implement, and manage integrations between various integration partners. Utilize appropriate API and back-end data structures to develop and maintain integrations. Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize processes. Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration delivery. Document integration processes, configurations, and updates for future reference and training. Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate emerging technologies as needed. Provide technical support and training to internal teams on integration-related challenges. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution 3 years of experience in software development or integration roles Experience with low-code development platforms, with a focus on Tray.io (Boomi or similar) Proficiency in using RESTful APIs for system interactions Intermediate knowledge of languages, particularly JavaScript Understanding of SQL with the ability to write queries Familiarity with software development methodologies, preferably Agile or Waterfall Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Asana Experience in prototyping tools and techniques for integration design Good to have Work experience with Python, C/C++, JAVA, RUBY, and CURL. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address integration challenges and optimize processes. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting diverse business needs efficiently. Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in adapting to and embracing new technologies and methodologies in a dynamic environment. Capacity to manage multiple priorities and organize tasks efficiently against conflicting demands. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
