Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Travel Concierge. You will work remotely, supporting guests staying at luxury vacation rentals. The Concierge team is a close-knit, bubbly team within Wander. We work hard and often contribute to various side projects within Wander’s Guest Experience department. We value kindness, empathy, and love tackling new challenges. We’d love for you to apply if you think you’d be a good fit Location (Remote) Permanent work schedule is 8AM-4PM PST, 5 days a week. This role requires working a weekend shift. The first 2 weeks will be training for 5 days, 8 hours a week - schedule to be discussed. Requirements Fluent in English, both verbally and written This job serves the hospitality industry and requires the ability to work holidays and weekends Have a smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same time Have strong internet access at home (this job is remote) A decent phone (you’ll need to download an international calling app) Strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Preferred Skills Creative, good critical thinking skills, fast learner Empathy and listening skills Possesses empathy, strong communication, and good listening skills Tech-savvy, good with navigating around different platforms Day-to-day will consist of Answering common questions with scripts Solve possibly complex requests from guests with creativitySoftware such as ClickUp, Breezeway, and our internal software (we’ll show you how to use these) Doing tasks assigned to you by your manager Coordinating with cross-functional teams on various aspects of setting up a newly onboarded property Compensation $20,000/year About Wander Wander owns the demand, booking, smart home technology, home management, and the homes themselves, creating an unmatched guest experience.Our mission is to help people find their happy place.
