Senior Technical Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Lead | HR | Recruitment Supervisor | Staffing | Profiling | Specialized Recruitment JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of a fast-paced apparel and textile manufacturing company. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure the CEO’s daily operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted partner to executive leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and prioritizing time effectively. Oversee and organize email communications, flagging urgent matters, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries. Prepare presentations, reports, and internal/external documents to support executive meetings and business initiatives. Handle administrative tasks such as document management, filing, data organization, and record keeping. Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, vendors, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication. Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items to completion. Assist with special projects related to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or strategic initiatives as needed. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives for minimum of 5 years. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience preparing professional presentations and reports. High level of discretion, reliability, and accountability. Prior experience in manufacturing, apparel, retail, or related industries is a plus. Project management experience is a big plus.
