100% on-site Monday to Thursday, Fridays working from home.

Direct employment with the company.

Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
Perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
Provide second-level technical support .
Support the monitoring of backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins, and updates to equipment and operating systems.
Participate in the improvement, development, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
Manage the inventory of IT equipment and technological resources.
Provide timely follow-up on support requests.
Participate in the procurement, selection, and negotiation processes with IT service and equipment providers.
Support the preparation and review of procedures and user instructions.
Participate in defining strategic plans for the development of the technology infrastructure.

At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.
Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software .
Excellent spoken and written English .
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented mindset and the ability to assist non-technical users in resolving technical issues.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in IT processes and services.
Education: Technical or Technologist degree ONLY .
