In this leadership role, you will drive the development of innovative, high-performance web applications using Vue.js. You will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring coding standards, and architecting robust front-end solutions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. If you are passionate about technology and leadership in the field of front‑end development, we invite you to apply Requirements Proven experience leading frontend teams, defining coding standards, and ensuring high‑quality delivery. Strong coordination skills to align with Product, Design, and Backend, and to break down and manage team tasks effectively. Ability to take ownership of complex features end‑to‑end and make solid technical decisions. Experience mentoring other developers and guiding best practices in Vue and front‑end architecture. At least 7+ years overall experience in front‑end development. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred). Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid understanding of TypeScript. Knowledge of component‑based architecture and reusable UI design. Experience with HTML5, CSS3/CSS Frameworks, and responsive design principles. Ability to translate Figma wireframes or partial UX designs into pixel‑perfect, functional components. Good understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and attention to design details. Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration and asynchronous data handling (Axios, Fetch). Experience with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar. Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks commonly used in Vue.js projects (Vitest, Jest, @vue/test-utils). Version control using Git/GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews). Good communication skills, proactive collaboration with designers, backend devs, and QA. Fluent in English. Nice-to-Have Experience with Telerik components (Kendo UI for Vue or other UI component libraries). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation. Performance optimization and profiling of Vue apps.
