Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries: Advertising Services A Day In The Life Own the execution, performance, and growth of Amazon & retail PPC advertising campaigns within your book of business. Affect client success by tying efforts to broader business goals, working autonomously. Collaborate with account leadership to evolve strategy and manage campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid optimisation, and routine management. Provide insights and forward‑thinking strategy to clients, with a deep understanding of levers that drive performance. Responsibilities Manage Amazon & retail search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimisations and high‑level strategic changes. Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms. Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge. Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals. Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and external clients. Participate in development of new department training materials. Leverage available AI and delegation resources to assist workflow, including use of AI technologies to enhance and optimise business processes. Utilise and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Role Requirements 2–3 years of digital marketing experience; 1–2 years in an agency setting preferred. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon/retail search advertising, Google paid search, or similar. Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Amazon Ad Console Walmart Connect Instacart Ads Criteo Retail CitrusAd Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management skills. Self‑motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently. Interested in a long‑lasting relationship with a growing company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue per team member success metric: $25k+ EBITDA per team member success metric: $5k Below 10% client churn rate.
