What you will do Position title: Program Manager & Business Analyst – SAP Next GenLocation: Bogota, ColombiaDuration: Temporary, 6 months up to 2 yearsExpected start date: January 2026 This hybrid role blends the strategic oversight of a Program Manager with the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst. You will work at the intersection of Strategy, Transformation, and Revenue Operations to support mission‑critical initiatives across the SAP Americas organization. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management Support and lead strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives across regional teams Coordinate and facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met Track progress, manage documentation, and support knowledge‑sharing across stakeholders Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Strategy, Transformation and Operations, Customer Success, Finance Business Analysis & Reporting Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and performance tracking Analyze, structure, and visualize data to identify trends and insights for an executive audience Stakeholder Engagement Communicate effectively with global teams and senior leadership Gather feedback, align stakeholders, and ensure transparency in project execution Support internal communications through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams What You Bring Education and Experience Must be a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Prior experience or coursework in project management, business operations, finance, or marketing Requirements and Competencies Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP SAC, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms) Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong initiative, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to team success Who we are The Americas Strategy & Operations team plays a pivotal role in steering the future success of the SAP Americas region.
