Buscamos para la ciudad de Medellín Analista Senior de Marketing Digital, quien será responsable de desarrollar estrategias que permitan alcanzar una mayor participación dentro del entorno digital, adopción y posicionamiento de los productos y canales digitales de la compañía, promoviendo una gestión integral en el equipo que incentive la orientación a los resultados y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Funciones:
- Entender las necesidades del cliente y el negocio con el fin de obtener insights o información relevante que sirva para consolidar la estrategia digital.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing que permitan el logro de los resultados esperados de acuerdo con las necesidades de compañía
- Monitorear y propender por el cumplimiento y los resultados de las KPI's
- Acompañar al líder de célula en actividades correspondientes al marco ágil (planeación, refinamiento) entendiendo las necesidades y priorizaciones de compañía
- Manejar eficientemente el presupuesto asignado para el equipo y las diferentes iniciativas
- Co-crear y coordinar junto a los diferentes aliados estrategias de marketing para lograr posicionamiento en sus medios y a sus clientes.
Profesional de carreras administrativas, comunicación, publicidad y mercadeo con experiência mínima de 3 años en agencias de publicidad, medios digitales, desempeñándose como Planner Digital o proyectos de mercadeo y/o en compañías trabajando dentro del área de mercadeo digital o comunicaciones de marca.
Manejo de proyectos digitales con seguimiento, control y medición de indicadores y resultados sobre todo el performance.
Experiência en creación de estrategias que ayuden a potenciar la generación de demanda y el análisis de datos buscando implementar planes de acción y corrección de desviaciones encaminadas a la consecución de los resultados de las diferentes campañas/proyectos/procesos asignados.
Conocimientos técnicos específicos:
Implementación y medición de KPI´s, Google Analytics, proyectos de marketing digital, analítica digital, creación de estrategias digitales, sensibilidad creativa para la optimización de los contenidos digitales.
