The Finance team partners closely with all business units and regions to fuel growth and innovation. The Finance Manager – Latam will act as the trusted finance partner to Binance’s Regional & Country leaders, driving day‑to‑day financial decision making, managing all finance‑related activities for several legal entities, ensuring complete and accurate reporting, compliance with internal controls, and audit readiness. This individual contributor role requires a hands‑on attitude and the ability to dive into details while managing complex priorities. Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day finance processes for several legal entities in Latam, including month‑end and year‑end closing cycles, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, financial statements, regulatory and tax filings, and liaison with banks, vendors, accounting partners, and auditors. Maintain accounting quality by reviewing methodologies, validating journal entries, reconciling balances, and improving systems and procedures. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and facilitate audits. Partner with Regional & Country leaders to execute plans, provide financial insights, and support financial decisions, investments, efficiency, and business model evolution projects. Lead annual planning and rolling forecast, aligning with leaders on revenue, marketing, and spend targets, ensuring high P&L forecast accuracy. Identify and implement P&L optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and ROI. Support ad‑hoc financial and investment case modeling, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. Build a collaborative remote team culture by sharing best practices and contributing to teammates’ projects. Requirements BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (Master, MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred). 8+ years of relevant experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Business Partner, preferably with technology / FinTech or multinational companies. In-depth knowledge of general accounting procedures, financial & tax statements, general ledger functions, and month‑end/year‑end close processes. Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred for stakeholder collaboration. Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level financial planning and accounting systems. Outstanding modeling and analytical skills with a strong executive presence. Self‑starter, initiative‑driven, able to set and drive toward goals. Capable of working in an unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple assignments, and providing clarity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
