- Franchise Recruitment & Lead Generation
- Identify and attract potential franchisees through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of franchise prospects, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for franchise expansion in key locations.
- Evaluation & Onboarding
- Assess franchise applicants based on financial capability, operational expertise, and alignment with company culture.
- Guide candidates through the application, due diligence, and approval process.
- Assist in preparing franchise agreements and other contractual documentation.
- Franchisee Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, marketing) to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Ensure new franchisees receive proper training and understand brand guidelines, operational standards, and business expectations.
- Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop franchise sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in franchise expos, trade shows, and networking events to attract new franchise partners.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in franchising.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in recruiting and onboarding franchise partners.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of franchise agreements, legal requirements, and business models.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and sales reporting.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
