Job Experience: Retail experience in a boutique type business Resort golf course Front‑end service industry of any type Special Skills / Equipment: Point of sales knowledge Reservation systems knowledge Golf knowledge Exceptional interpersonal skills Physical Requirements: Physically healthy and able to stand the pressures of dealing with the public and staff issues Ability to verbally communicate clearly Duties & Responsibilities To be part of the Greywolf Team which will create the best possible service and product that Greywolf Golf Course can offer. To provide services, assistance, direction, welcome and thanks, to the guest and member as they arrive and depart – two of the most important points of contact. Direct responsibilities will include: assist Pro shop Manager with new and returning staff by coaching and leading by example, manage Greywolf’s group business, assist the Pro shop manager with membership services, reservations, checking‑in of guests, retail sales, cash management and general duties. Essential Functions: Assist Pro shop manager with daily operation of golf shop Operate the tee‑time reservation system and its related functions Check‑in of golfers on a daily basis Sell retail products and possess knowledge of the same Display retail products and manage inventory Communicate with starters and marshals Operate all cash or financial transaction equipment Maintain the look and cleanliness of the Golf Shop and surrounding area on a daily basis Accommodate guests’ daily needs in the same way a concierge would function Other duties will be developed and discussed.
