Position We are on the lookout for a Product Design Lead As a Product Design Lead at Symphony, you will drive high-impact design initiatives by aligning business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. This role blends advanced design expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to deliver exceptional user experiences while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Responsibilities Lead major product design efforts, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives. Build and evolve design systems to maintain consistency, efficiency, and innovation across teams. Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide and validate design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights. Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product vision and strategy. Mentor designers, inspire creativity, and champion the value of design across the organization. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices—including generative AI—to enhance workflows, introduce new methodologies, and drive continuous innovation. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design initiatives and building scalable design systems. Extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions. Proficiency with design tools. Experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, and design systems. Culture Fit Are proactive and enthusiastic about your own continuous learning and improvement.
