UNIFY Dots – Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Functional Consultant – D365 Finance UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. We are seeking a D365 Finance Consultant with significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. This full‑time position is remote, but may require travel to client sites. Job Responsibilities Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP (“D365”) project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support. Conduct client workshops to define business requirements and capture them in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and User Stories. Write design documents for customizations and reports, ensuring they capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios. Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting and Financial Reporting. Map data and import data into D365 using data entities; map fields between D365 and other integrating systems; perform functional, integration, and automated regression testing. Conduct training for D365 and associated systems for clients. Provide pre‑go‑live and post‑go‑live support to clients. Write 1–2 D365 functional blog articles per year for the UNIFY Dots blog. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (including AX2012R3). Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, Financial Reporting. Conversational skills in English. Benefits Market competitive compensation. Work‑from‑home laptop.
