We seek a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our newly formed Strategic Governance Team. This strategic role is crucial for overseeing all payments and financial flows within the company and ensuring the network of the company’s flows runs optimally. What will I be doing? Identify misalignments between various information sources and real-life data; map and address root causes Propose and implement effective solutions to rectify data misalignments and non-compliant flows Leverage organizational resources to drive impactful changes Collaborate with key stakeholders (CEO, COO, General Counsel, and other C-levels) to align on strategic initiatives and act as a thought partner Build and manage a high-performing team of network strategy specialists Develop and maintain comprehensive master files of flow routings and data fields Monitor and report on financial flows, identifying deviations from compliance and regulatory guidelines Lead efforts to create automated solutions for controlling flows and data fields, preventing non-compliant transactions Support and collaborate with different areas of the company to solve strategic issues What skills do I need? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a consulting firm Proven experience in managing and leading teams Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders What do we offer?
