Learn more about us here About Your New Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to help us build, scale, and lead a high‑performing global engineering organization. You’ll guide a talented, distributed team through rapid growth, setting the foundation for technical excellence and operational consistency as we expand into new countries. This role is about more than just managing delivery — it’s about developing people, building culture, and driving a performance playbook that helps our engineers around the world do their best work. You’ll shape how we grow: from hiring and onboarding new teams to mentoring emerging leaders and aligning global execution with our business vision. This is a full‑time, 100% remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Build and scale distributed engineering teams across regions, ensuring consistency in quality, culture, and communication. Drive a performance‑driven playbook—setting clear goals, metrics, and accountability frameworks that help teams deliver with speed and confidence. Mentor and coach engineers and team leads, helping them grow into strong technical and people leaders. Create a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement across diverse, international teams. Lead technical strategy and roadmap development, partnering closely with product, design, and operations to align on global priorities. Implement scalable processes for code quality, delivery, and system reliability as we expand into new markets. Stay hands‑on enough to guide technical direction, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices. Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization. What You'll Need For Success 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or high‑growth, remote‑first environments. Proven experience building and leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures. A strong people‑first leadership approach — you know how to inspire, mentor, and retain top talent globally. Deep understanding of modern software development, with experience across PHP, React, and Python or similar frameworks. Strong operational mindset — skilled at setting measurable goals and building scalable engineering processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
