Account Executive( Sales)
Location: Colombia (Hybrid or Remote)
Reports to: Sales Manager
Schedule: Full-time – Mon-Fri 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract: Permanent
Salary: To be agreed

As an Account Executive (Sales) , you’ll be at the frontline of our growth. Your mission? Hunt down new opportunities, close deals in fintech, logistics & tech, and make sure every new client lands smoothly in operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Hunting for new clients in LATAM & US through digital tools, automation & networks.
  • Building a killer pipeline in Hubspot and keeping it sharp.
  • Pitching and selling value-driven solutions that truly matter.
  • Closing deals with strategy, numbers, and vision.
  • Making sure new clients transition seamlessly to operations.
  • Teaming up with Marketing, Ops & Product to level up our offer.
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years bringing in new logos (tech, banking, retail, logistics or BPO/BPS).
  • 2+ years selling BPO/BPS solutions.
  • Advanced Hubspot & sales automation skills.
  • Familiar with Agile & Sandler sales methodologies.
  • English C1-C2 – must-have.
  • Top-notch communication skills & confidence to close.
  • A real hunter mindset – proactive, organized, results-driven.
