Python Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Tech Lead with experience in generative AI to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Python applications and chatbot solution, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art AI technologies and navigating the team. Let's work together to build a better future for everyone Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable Python applications Build and optimize RESTful APIs and servers using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask Design and implement chatbot applications using generative AI technologies Implement and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems Profile and optimize Python code to enhance performance Write well‑designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Take full ownership of solution architecture, from initial design to delivery and continuous improvement Proactively identify opportunities to enhance scalability, performance, and cost‑effectiveness Collaborate closely with Product manager and engineering team to shape product strategy and to build a user experience to support the business users' needs Act as a trusted advisor within the team of 5, guiding best practices, raising risks early, and ensuring solutions meet both technical and business needs and quality through comprehensive unit tests Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code Stay updated with the latest developments in Python and AI technologies and propose innovative solutions Requirements Strong proficiency in Python programming Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns Experience in building RESTful APIs and servers with frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask Experience with frameworks like Streamlit and/or Gradio Experience in building chatbot applications Proven experience in optimizing and profiling Python code for performance Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration Understanding of microservices architecture and related patterns Solid software engineering skills, with the ability to produce well‑structured, maintainable code Experience with AWS and serverless computing Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres and DynamoDB Experience with unit testing and test‑driven development Strong knowledge of testing frameworks like PyTest, UnitTest, or others English level - strong Intermediate or higher Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to speak up confidently in design meetings, help resolve technical disagreements, and to guide the team to good decisions; ability to spot when your teammates are stuck and step in with clear guidance, removing obstacles that slow everyone down, patience to mentor team members while still maintaining momentum on your technical leadership responsibilities Understanding of design patterns and software architectures Ability to take ownership of complex initiatives from design through delivery Proactive approach — not just solving assigned tasks, but identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and driving improvements Strong product mindset: able to think beyond technical implementation and contribute ideas that help shape, grow, and scale the product Nice to Have Knowledge of generative AI and experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation We offer Participate in internal training programs (Leadership, Public Speaking, etc.) with full support for AWS and other professional certifications Work with the latest AI tools, premium subscriptions, and the freedom to use them in your daily work Long‑term B2B collaboration 100% remote - with flexible hours.
