Job Type : Contract / Remote Client Location : New York City (GMT-5) Working Hours : Full-time (40 hours/week) Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy Digital Content Creator to lead content creation, community engagement, and platform growth for a portfolio of clients. This role requires both a creative storyteller and an analytical thinker—someone who can plan, produce, and optimize content that drives measurable results. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and has a strong eye for design and video. You should be passionate about what’s in trend, and skilled at turning those trends into high-performing content and campaigns for our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Oversee content creation, including writing captions, developing concepts for reels, and collaborating with our design/photography team. Create and refine visual assets, including graphics and short-form video content (editing, basic motion, reels, TikToks). Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout). Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Monitor social media trends, what’s in-trend, and platform updates—and translate those insights into relevant, on-brand content ideas. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions. Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional activities, from outreach and negotiation to content review and posting. Support paid social campaigns in partnership with our ads team. Manage day-to-day account operations and communication for assigned clients. Attend on-site content shoots as needed. Qualification 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting or managing multiple brands. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging platforms. Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content and working with trends. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and a strong visual eye. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and paid ads is a plus. Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting strategy, ideas, and results. Experience with influencer sourcing and promotional campaigns is a plus.
