Treasury Supervisor

Treasury Supervisor (CCA – Caribbean Central America) Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia TD SYNNEX is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee, supervise, facilitate and operationally support a treasury team of analysts with the duties of daily worldwide cash and debt positioning, funds movement execution, bank balance management, cash flow forecasting & analysis, dashboard reporting, bank treasury representative relationship management, ad‑hoc treasury operational analysis, and more. What You’ll Do Supervise and operationally support treasury team of analysts (55%) Provide leadership for team productivity and development (15%) Initiate and proactivity for more effective and efficient treasury operational results (15%) Ad‑hoc treasury operation project work or analysis (15%) Other Duties & Responsibilities Additional duties as assigned. Meet attendance and punctuality standards. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 5+ years of relevant work experience. Proficient in English (B1 or higher). 1+ years of experience directly managing or supervising employees. Strong data entry and basic mathematical calculation skills. Attention to detail, strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Comfortable with extended periods of immobility and quick adaptation to new systems and technologies. Other Education/Certifications Certified treasury professional desirable. Working Conditions Professional office environment (hybrid). Some travel required. Occasional non‑standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
