Overview The Marketing Production Designer will be responsible for creating and adapting marketing assets that support brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires producing high-quality creative materials for digital, social, and print outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment. Key Responsibilities Producing marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement (MSE) teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items. Rebuilding and adapting marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines. Managing external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design. Managing, optimizing, and organizing the design asset library for scalability and efficiency. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of producing digital marketing assets (slides, web pages, banners, ads) Social Media: 2+ years of experience in B2B or tech social media roles Strategy: 1+ years of experience leading social media strategy Education: Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Media (desirable) Benefits Flexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.
