A continuación se presenta la descripción del puesto. Descripción del empleo Realiza tareas diarias dentro del flujo Procure to Pay (P2P) tales como el procesamiento de facturas diarias (PO y Non-PO), auditoría de informes de gastos y apoyo a actividades de cierre de fin de mes. Responsabilidades Revisión, validación y procesamiento oportuno y preciso de facturas entrantes (PO, Non-PO, tarjetas de crédito) al sistema de contabilidad. Asegurar que las facturas estén correctamente codificadas y registradas conforme al Plan de Cuentas de SGS. Verificar que las facturas cumplan con las políticas y procedimientos de SGS. Auditar liquidaciones de viajes y gastos conforme a normas y reglamentos vigentes. Procesar pagos anticipados y dar seguimiento a facturas pagadas por anticipado. Responder a consultas básicas de proveedores y escalar casos complejos. Colaborar con colegas para compartir y aclarar información contable. Responder a solicitudes de partes internas y externas sobre consultas pendientes de P2P. Apoyar la resolución de excepciones de coincidencia en coordinación con equipos relevantes. Colaborar con el equipo R2R para monitorear transacciones de AP en conciliación bancaria. Dar seguimiento a transacciones con ítems de larga duración en el balance de cuentas por pagar (antigüedad). Dar seguimiento a facturas en espera. Preparar y revisar otras transacciones de P2P de fin de mes. Ayudar en el cierre del sublibro AP y otras actividades de fin de mes. Garantizar que los checklists mensuales se completen y se firmen a fin de mes por el Supervisor de AP. Ayudar al Supervisor de AP en la monitorización de controles internos y el seguimiento de KPIs. Ayudar al Supervisor de AP en la preparación de reportes (por ejemplo, reportes de KPI) y otras actividades ad hoc. Colaborar con el equipo para atender consultas de stakeholders. Participar en discusiones de mejora de procesos y compartir observaciones. Requisitos Título universitario, preferentemente en Contabilidad, Negocios o Finanzas. Conocimiento general de principios contables. 1+ años de experiencia profesional en Cuentas por Pagar. Ciencia Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) – Obligatorio. Inglés B2+ – Obligatorio.
