About the Role:

Join us at Keep as a Controller , where your expertise in financial management and strategic oversight will be pivotal in driving our financial success. In this role, you’ll oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while shaping the financial strategies that support our rapid growth. Your deep understanding of financial processes will ensure our operations are robust and scalable as we continue to expand in the fast-paced fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
  3. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements and reports.
  5. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  6. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  7. Design and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems.
  10. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  12. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
