Cómo Account Manager estarás a cargo de liderar el seguimiento de comercios desde el área de Customer Succes para lograr una fidelización y experiência única en los comercios.
**Deberás**
Toma de decisiones frente a el mejoramiento de la prestación del servicio a las cuentas asignadas
Revisar y dar seguimiento a comercios que presenten inactividad o bajo NPS
Mejora de procesos del área junto con los ejecutivos
Ser canal para engranar con las áreas comercial, producto, riesgo y tecnología en el mejoramiento continuo.
Toma de datos por parte del comercio y desarrollo de alianzas, proyectos e ideas que mejoren la prestación del servicio de Bold.
Elaboración de informes a manager y Vp del área.

**Requerimientos**:
- Tener experiência en fidelización y seguimiento de comercios, cuentas o clientes a nível de postventa.
- Alto nível de análisis, proyección, orientación a la mejora continua y pensamiento crítico para la elaboración de soluciones a comercios
