We are looking for an AI Engineer with a proactive personality, strong problem-solving skills, and professional English fluency to join our growing team in Medellín. In this role, you will identify operational and client opportunities for AI implementation, build custom AI solutions, and integrate them into business workflows to improve efficiency and drive results. You will also play a key part in developing AI services we can offer to U.S. clients. Years of experience are less important than your ability to get the job done with confidence and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Observe and analyze operational tasks to identify where AI solutions can replace or optimize processes Design, build, and implement custom AI tools and automations to improve internal workflows and create new service offerings Integrate AI models and tools with existing systems (e.g. APIs, CRMs, automation platforms) Collaborate with leadership to develop AI solutions that can be offered to U.S. clients Document and communicate solutions clearly to the team and clients Assist with basic Go High Level (GHL) automations as needed while focusing primarily on AI development Requirements Proven ability to build and implement AI tools or integrations (not just use prebuilt prompts) Programming skills (e.g. Python) for AI tool development and integrations Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini Strong problem-solving mindset with practical implementation focus Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate confidently with U.S. clients and team members Positive, proactive personality with a drive to learn, innovate, and deliver solutions efficientl Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sourcy Inc. by 2x Get notified about new Artificial Intelligence Engineer jobs in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia .
