We’re looking for a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can bridge the real world of marketing strategy with the fast-evolving world of AI systems. Your expertise will help train, evaluate, and elevate AI models that support marketers globally. About the Role As a Sector Evaluator – Marketing, you’ll translate real-world marketing workflows into AI training data, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine next‑gen marketing systems. Responsibilities Train and annotate AI models using marketing knowledge, terminology, and logic Review and score AI-generated content for accuracy, creativity, tone, and brand alignment Build structured workflows, taxonomies, and scenarios across campaign lifecycles Evaluate campaign briefs, customer segments, KPIs, and performance narratives Partner with ML and product teams to refine AI capabilities and marketing use cases Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 7–12 years of hands‑on marketing experience across: Performance marketing & A/B testing CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC) Analytics & measurement (GA, Looker, PowerBI) Content strategy, segmentation, and journey mapping Strong documentation skills and ability to convert workflows into structured processes Experience collaborating with cross‑functional tech teams If you’re a marketing leader with a passion for innovation and AI, we’d love to connect.
