What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and supplier quality strategies aligned with aerospace and defense requirements Lead supplier audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defense standards Monitor supplier performance, track non‑conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions Investigate and analyze root causes of production or supplier issues and define process improvements Establish and report supplier and internal quality KPIs, highlighting trends and risks to management Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Production to qualify new suppliers and support supplier development Conduct FAI, FMEA, PPAP, and PQP reviews to ensure all parts and processes meet our standards Maintain clear documentation of inspections, control plans, and quality management system records Support customer and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all supply chains Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that raise the bar for performance and reliability What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles within aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech production Strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysis Experience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and quality management tools Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plus Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Who You Are You thrive where precision meets pressure.
