Our culture blends transparency, world-class quality, and continuous learning. We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer (Python/TypeScript) to join our Scrum product squads. You’ll work closely with a Product Owner, Full Stack Developers, designers, and other engineers to ship high-quality product increments every sprint. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s already comfortable building real features end-to-end, and cares about clean code, testing, and documentation. Responsibilities Build and ship sprint increments that meet acceptance criteria and the team’s Definition of Done. Develop across the stack: Frontend with React + TypeScript + TailwindCSS; Backend with Python/Flask. Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective). Collaborate with the team to define Sprint Goals and build the Sprint Backlog. Write and maintain tests: unit, integration, and when applicable, end-to-end. Keep technical documentation up to date (implementation notes, decisions, usage details). Communicate progress and blockers clearly in Daily stand‑ups. Identify technical debt and propose backlog items to address it. Follow engineering standards (linting, formatting, code reviews, CI/CD practices). Qualifications 1–2 years of professional experience (or equivalent project experience) in full‑stack development. Practical experience with React + TypeScript (components, hooks, state management basics). Backend experience with Python/Flask (or similar). Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. Solid fundamentals in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL). Basic understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT and OAuth concepts). Familiarity with ORMs (e.g., Prisma, SQLAlchemy) and data modeling basics. Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflow, pull requests, and code reviews. Experience with tests (Jest/Mocha/Cypress or equivalents) and willingness to increase coverage. Exposure to CI/CD concepts (GitHub Actions), linting and formatting tools (ESLint/Prettier). Exposure to Node.js/Express, background jobs/queues, caching (Redis). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) or deploying apps.
